3. Enquiries and Quotes
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a confirmed booking. It allows Abish Travels to review your travel request and respond with information, suggestions, itinerary options or a quote.
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including travel dates, number of travellers, preferred route, hotel category, transport needs and special requests.
Prices may change until the booking is confirmed, especially due to hotel availability, seasonal demand, festival dates, transport changes, currency fluctuations or changes in your itinerary.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when Abish Travels confirms acceptance of your booking and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Until confirmation, all hotels, transport, guides, activities and other arrangements remain subject to availability.
5. Payments
Payment terms, deposit requirements, due dates and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
You are responsible for making payments by the agreed due dates. Delayed payment may result in changes to availability, pricing or booking confirmation.
Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees or international transfer charges are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the services included in your booking, such as hotels, transport, guides, festival experiences, activities or special arrangements.

7. Changes to Your Trip

Changes may depend on availability and may result in additional costs. These may include hotel changes, transport adjustments, guide fees, activity changes, date changes or route changes.
Abish Travels is not responsible for additional costs caused by changes requested by the traveller or changes caused by delays, cancellations, weather, health issues, flight disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, health documents and any other documents required for travel to India.
Abish Travels may provide general guidance, but it is your responsibility to check current entry requirements with official authorities before travel.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
Your insurance should ideally cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss, personal liability, delays, accidents and other unexpected events.
Abish Travels is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
10. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility
We aim to help guests travel safely and comfortably through careful planning, private transport support and local guidance. However, travel always involves some level of risk.
Travellers are responsible for their personal safety, health, belongings and decisions during the trip.
You agree to follow reasonable safety advice, local laws, hotel rules, monument rules, transport instructions and guidance provided by drivers, guides or local coordinators.
11. Solo Female Travel and Family Travel
Abish Travels may provide additional planning support for solo female travellers, families and small groups, including private transport, flexible pacing and practical local advice.
While we make reasonable efforts to support safe and comfortable travel, we cannot guarantee that every environment, public place, road condition, crowd situation or third-party service will be free from risk or inconvenience.
12. Festival Experiences
Festival experiences such as Holi or Jaipur Kite Festival are date-specific and may be affected by local conditions, crowd levels, weather, venue availability, hotel availability or public restrictions.
We aim to plan festival experiences in a safe and comfortable way, but festivals can be busy, energetic and unpredictable. Guests are expected to follow guidance and participate responsibly.
13. Rising Star Travel Support
Abish Travels may provide travel logistics support for guests or volunteers connected with Rising Star-related visits.
Abish Travels does not operate, manage or control the Rising Star volunteer program. Our role is limited to travel arrangements, transport support, hotel coordination, sightseeing support or related logistics where requested.
14. Third-Party Providers
Some travel services may be provided by third parties, including hotels, transport providers, local guides, activity providers, restaurants or other service partners.
We aim to work with reliable providers, but Abish Travels is not responsible for every action, omission, delay, policy, service failure or decision of independent third-party providers.
15. Delays, Disruptions and Force Majeure
Abish Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, additional costs, loss or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include weather, traffic, road closures, strikes, illness, accidents, government restrictions, natural disasters, political events, public disturbances, flight disruptions, pandemic-related issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
